Feature
Native CRM sync
Connect Twenty and every booking becomes a person + a linked task - created on book, updated on reschedule, closed on cancel. No Zapier, no manual logging.
When someone books, BraveDay finds or creates them as a Person in your Twenty workspace and writes the meeting as a Task linked to them. Reschedule a booking and the same task moves with it; cancel it and the task is closed. Your CRM stays an accurate record of what actually happened, without anyone typing it in.
It's a native, first-party OAuth connection (authorization code + PKCE) - not a bridge through a third-party automation tool - so it's one click to connect and there are no API keys to paste.
Person find-or-create
Guests are matched to an existing Person by email, or created if new - no duplicates in your CRM.
Meetings logged and kept in sync
Each booking is written as a task, then updated on reschedule and closed on cancel - automatically.
Twenty, self-hosted
Native support over Twenty's REST API, so your CRM data can live on your own infrastructure. More CRMs can be added behind the same interface.
Free when you self-host
CRM sync is a Pro feature on the cloud and completely free when you run BraveDay yourself.
Which CRMs are supported?
Twenty, via native OAuth. The provider layer is pluggable, so more can follow.
Do I need Zapier?
No - it's a direct, first-party sync. Connect in settings and every booking flows through automatically.
Is it available now?
Yes - it's free on every plan. Self-hosters set the provider's OAuth credentials; on the cloud it's included, not paywalled.
