What's the difference between Cloud and Business?
Cloud is the ready-made product on our infrastructure: sign up, connect a calendar, and you're live in minutes on Free or Pro. Business is an implementation — we map your process, agree an architecture, customise the modules, connect your systems, migrate your data, and run it on your own cloud server and domain under a support agreement. Most teams start on Cloud and move to Business when the process outgrows a standard setup.
How does BraveDay compare to Calendly or Cal.com?
You get the scheduling essentials both have — team round-robin and collective events, routing forms, recurring meetings, group polls, workflows, payments and calendar sync — at $9/seat. Our free plan includes unlimited event types. BraveDay also adds Beaver, a proactive AI assistant that protects focus time and flags overflow, plus native clients, services, stock and point-of-sale modules.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. It's a plan, not a trial. One person gets unlimited event types, calendar sync, the business modules, group polls and email reminders at no cost, with no card required.
How does per-seat billing work?
Pro is $9 per team member per month. Your whole team shares one subscription, and you can manage seats anytime from the billing portal.
How is Business priced?
Per project, because you're paying for diagnostics, architecture, customisation, integrations, migration and support — not a licence. Scope and price are fixed in writing after diagnostics, before any build starts. Ongoing support is a separate agreement with agreed response times.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period, then drops to Free. Nothing is deleted.
